Refund Policy
This page explains how refunds work for CoLateral licenses and expansion packs. It applies alongside the Terms of Use.

1. No refunds
All CoLateral purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. This covers the CoLateral license and every expansion pack.
We encourage you to read the FAQ and the pricing page, and to ask us anything they do not answer, so you know CoLateral meets your needs before you buy.
2. Expansion packs
An expansion pack renews until you cancel it. You can cancel an expansion pack at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel from Billing. A renewal that has already been charged is not refunded.
3. Duplicate charges
If you were accidentally charged twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge. Include the Stripe receipt number for each charge.
4. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited where you live.
